Danfer Systems (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates danfersystems.com and provides done-for-you AI receptionist services for local businesses. You can reach us at contact@danfersystems.com.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name and the name of your business
  • Your phone number and email address
  • Your business type and approximate daily call volume
  • Any description of your phone-answering challenges you choose to share

We do not collect payment information, and we do not create user accounts.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to:

  • Contact you to discuss your interest in our AI receptionist service
  • Qualify whether our service is a good fit for your business
  • Follow up on your enquiry

We do not use your information for marketing to unrelated businesses, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Service providers

To deliver and secure our site, we use a small number of trusted service providers who may process your data on our behalf:

  • Vercel — website hosting (United States)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (United States)
  • Twilio — SMS notification delivery (United States)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam and bot protection (United States)

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and applicable data-protection laws. We share only the minimum information necessary for them to perform their service.

5. How long we keep it

We retain lead enquiries for as long as there is an active business relationship or potential relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under PIPEDA (Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and BC PIPA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent at any time (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)

7. Security

Our site uses HTTPS, and we implement industry-standard security measures including rate limiting, input validation, and bot protection on all data collection points. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.

We may update this policy occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
